On September 8, Alibaba released its digital employee product QoderWake 1.0, which allows users to describe their job requirements in a single sentence, and QoderWake then generates a role document. Users can modify, configure, and confirm the document, ultimately creating a digital employee that understands job responsibilities, collaboration relationships, and work permissions. Over the past three months, QoderWake has onboarded nearly 100,000 digital employees in real work environments, executing approximately 2 million effective tasks.

QoderWake Offers Multiple Job Functions to Meet User Needs

Currently, QoderWake includes 10 built-in roles such as front-end, back-end, product manager, content operator, data analyst, project manager, and UI designer. Each role has been professionally tuned, integrating the experience of top industry teams, and can undertake real tasks without the need for special training. Users can also customize digital employees by clearly stating core responsibilities, work style, work processes, and boundaries, and providing core business materials to "train" a dedicated digital employee.

In addition, QoderWake has seamlessly connected with the three mainstream IM software platforms: DingTalk, Feishu, and Enterprise WeChat, naturally mastering documents, spreadsheets, to-do lists, calendars, organizational structures, and multi-dimensional tables within the organization. Work discussions, attachments, and confirmed information in DingTalk and Feishu groups can serve as continuously updated knowledge for digital employees. Digital employees can fully grasp historical沉淀, domain experience, and continuously changing progress and conclusions.

Digital Employees Play an Important Role in Real Work Environments

According to reports, digital employees have clear boundaries before onboarding. If a digital employee encounters a high-risk operation, the system can automatically intercept it, and if it touches a preset rule, it will apply to the user for authorization. After onboarding, digital employees can collaborate with human employees to complete tasks in real work scenarios. Users can also create multiple digital employees in different roles and form digital employee groups, with the system automatically assigning tasks based on responsibilities and content.
