The volume of data, machines/containers, training tasks, evaluation tasks, Agent environments, users, requests, etc., are all increasing rapidly."
According to a report by White Whale Lab, DeepSeek's recruitment numbers may far exceed 150. An investor from a first-tier institution revealed that DeepSeek's goal this year is to expand its team size to 1,000 people, which would be comparable to the Zhi Pu team. The 2025 prospectus of Zhi Pu shows that it has 883 employees, and according to third-party estimates, the Zhi Pu team is expected to be around 1,000 people this year.
