xAI has announced a three-day event Grok Bot Galaxy, to be held from September 15 to 17, 2026, at The Howard in San Francisco (661 Howard Street), with a global live stream available. The official registration page and schedule can be found at x.ai/galaxy; live stream registration is available via Luma (luma.com/3ifrgttw). The event will run daily from approximately 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time, with both in-person and online attendees able to register for individual sessions.

The event is officially positioned as "Putting Grok Bot to Real Work": participants can learn how to maximize the use of Grok Bot, watch live demos, and customize the bot according to their roles and departments. The event also mentions the ability to create a bot, name it, teach it your style and goals, and run real workflows across existing apps, tools, and websites, while directly interacting with the Grok Bot team about departmental use cases.

Another core highlight of the event is the live stream following Matt Palmer (@mattyp), Lauren Tan (@poteto), and Roshan Sadanani (@roshan_s) as they use Grok Bot to build a product/company from scratch over three days: from ideation, business planning, and feature design to real engineering implementation. The audience can follow the entire development process over the three days, with a livestream wrap-up and final showcase of the results at the end.

The first day (September 15) focuses on onboarding and product/engineering roles: Roman Ugarte will host Grok Bot 101; Lingxi Li will speak on Engineering; Kevin Niparko will cover Product Managers; and Shub Gaur will discuss Founders. The second day (September 16) leans towards sales and customer-facing roles: Amrita Venkatraman will speak on Sales Engineering; the xAI/Grok Bot sales team (listed on the schedule page as SpaceXAI Sales Team, the product organization brand for Grok Bot, not SpaceX rockets) will cover Sales; Simon Lackowski will discuss SDRs; and David Gan will cover Customer Support.

The third day (September 17) covers marketing and after-sales: Matthew Silberman and Teresa Hsu will speak on Marketing Operations; Blake Schuller will cover Post-Sales; Josh Kim will discuss Marketing; and the day will conclude with a livestream wrap-up and showcase. In-person sessions and live stream sessions are separately registered, and those wishing to attend can choose their preferred sessions on the official page or simply watch the live stream to follow the three-day "build a company live" process. For details and registration, please refer to the official Galaxy page.
