HKT Telecom (stock code: 6823) officially launched its self-developed AI platform HKT.AI on October 15, 2026, aiming to provide deeply localized, user-friendly, and secure AI services for individual and SME users, realizing the vision of "AI ON. FEAR GONE." Users can address various daily life and work challenges through a single platform.
The HKT.AI platform has separate entry points for personal and business users, and HKT Telecom customers can now order personal or business versions as needed. The monthly fee for personal users starts at HKD 48, while the business version starts at HKD 88. Both versions utilize the same AI resources and offer dedicated applications and tools tailored for different use cases. Currently, there are over 80 AI assistants available, with plans for continuous expansion.

HKT Telecom Group's Managing Director, Xu Hanqing, stated that the company has been actively transforming into a comprehensive data and smart technology platform, integrating networks, data, and AI to create greater value for customers and society. Features of the HKT.AI Platform
The HKT.AI platform combines practicality and fun, offering a "Large Model Arena" for users to compare answers from multiple models; a "Photo Studio" that can generate various interesting images; and a "Video Studio" equipped with AI-optimized prompts to help users easily transform ideas into creative videos.
The personal user version is tailored to different life, learning, and work needs, featuring areas such as the "All-in-One Parent" section, which provides learning experts and math problem-solving assistants, as well as support for grading and homework tutoring services. The business user version's AI assistants cover multiple business scenarios, such as social content studios and business document writing, and includes a "Hong Kong Exclusive" assistant tailored for local SMEs to assist with reporting and funding matching.
