Borui Kang Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. recently updated its prospectus and disclosed its response to the first round of review inquiries, as the company pushes to become the "first brain-computer interface stock." According to the prospectus, the listing price and sales progress of Borui Kang's core product NEO-ONE SCI are presented to the outside world in a relatively complete manner for the first time.
Borui Kang's NEO-ONE SCI Product Makes Significant Market Progress
According to official information from the SSE, as of the prospectus signing date, Borui Kang's brain-computer product NEO-ONE SCI has completed listing in 27 provinces and continues to advance hospital entry, with a listing price of 47.5 wan yuan per set. The product is applicable to patients with quadriplegia caused by cervical spinal cord injury, was approved for market launch on March 13, and wrote its first prescription in July.
In terms of positioning, NEO-ONE SCI is a rehabilitation-compensation invasive brain-computer interface product. Its working principle is to identify the patient's motor intent through EEG signals, then assist the patient in completing hand-grasping compensation via a pneumatic glove device, thereby helping patients with quadriplegia caused by cervical spinal cord injury recover partial hand motor function.
In terms of sales data, according to information disclosed in this inquiry response, since July, NEO-ONE SCI has completed sales of 13 sets and completed 8 terminal implantations; currently, confirmed orders and intention orders combined have exceeded 70 sets. Calculated at 70 sets, this is expected to generate sales revenue of 3325 wan yuan.
Borui Kang's capital market progress is also drawing wide attention. The company's STAR Market initial public offering (IPO) application was accepted by the SSE on June 11, aiming to raise 2.5 billion yuan. In the industry, Borui Kang is regarded as a benchmark due to its relatively mature product already on the market, and its IPO progress is also seen as a bellwether for the entire sector.
